Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HYPERINK ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms were last updated on June 26, 2026. We may update them at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. The Service

HYPERINK is an AI-powered tattoo design generation tool. You purchase coins and spend them to generate design concepts using AI image models. Generated designs are for personal, conceptual use. We do not guarantee that any generated design is unique, copyright-free, or suitable for commercial tattooing.

Coins are consumed at generation time. Unused coins may be carried forward within your account but are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HYPERINK to:

  • Generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
  • Generate explicit sexual content, hateful imagery, or content depicting violence toward real people.
  • Attempt to circumvent or probe the content filters of the underlying image model.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service without written permission.
  • Use generated designs to infringe on existing trademarks or copyrights.
  • Share or sell access to your account.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

4. Privacy Summary

We collect the information you provide directly: your email address, username, profile photo, and the prompts and designs you generate. We use this information to operate the Service, process payments via Stripe, and display your public designs in the community feed if you choose to share them.

We do not sell your personal information. Stripe processes all payment data and we store no card details. Generated images are stored in our Supabase storage bucket. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Account Settings.

By using the Service you consent to your prompt text and generated images being transmitted to the underlying AI image provider for processing.

5. Content Rules and Moderation

Every prompt and generated image passes through the AI image provider's content filter before it is saved or delivered. The filter automatically blocks content that includes:

  • Real, named public figures or identifiable private individuals.
  • Explicit sexual or adult content.
  • Hateful, discriminatory, or dehumanizing imagery.
  • Graphic depictions of violence or gore.
  • Content that violates the image provider's own usage policies.

When a prompt is blocked by the content filter, the generation fails and no coins are deducted for that attempt. You will see an error message explaining that the request was not completed.

Designs shared to the community feed may be reported by other users. Reported designs are flagged for review and displayed with a blurred overlay until an admin has reviewed them. Admin actions include unpublishing (making the design private) or permanent removal. Abuse of the report function to suppress legitimate designs may result in account action.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
